Verdict:
Gujarat, being one of the largest textile exporters in India and the one that's battling the recent recession very badly, got the smallest pie with highest number of applications received - sad! But considering the share of what Karnataka got, its evident that Mr. Maran wasn't much prejudiced to states that favored UPA in the recent General Elections - Anyways kudos to Textile Ministry!
